At Savoir Faire Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on fragrances that remain in their original, sealed cellophane packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original shipping box with all protective padding to ensure the bottle remains intact during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
